Rick McFadden comes to ExtraRPM. Inc with a very unique consulting background. Rick McFadden is an experienced Human Resources, Executive Coaching and Safety Professional with over 28 years consulting experience in the public and private sectors

His work experience includes; manufacturing, health care, education, municipalities, and the retail service industry. His work experience has taken him across Canada and overseas. In addition to his work experience he holds undergraduate degrees in Labour Relations and Organizational Sociology from McMaster University and an International MBA from the Asia Pacific Graduate School of Management. He is one of a few individuals in Canada that have professional designations in Human Resources and Safety.

Over the past several years Rick McFadden has embarked on a new journey and he has increased his focus on professional business coaching. This shift of perspective has allowed him to assist organizations and individuals to reach their performance expectations. As an executive coach he inspires motivates and most of all helps individuals deliver results.

Enda Soostar has had the privilege of working as an executive level Human Resources practitioner within various public sector organizations for over twenty years. Practical management of the complex challenges of organizational behaviour has led Ms. Soostar to develop experience and expertise in the areas of workplace harassment, negotiation, mediation, conflict resolution, labour relations, organizational design, strategic planning, and team building. She is a long time Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL); holds a Master of Laws from York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School; and presently holds the position of Professor - Human Resources with Georgian College. Ms. Soostar is an active contributor and writer with Nelson Education Canada in the field of academic Human Resources studies. Ms. Soostar provides Human Resources consulting services specializing in strategic planning, policy development, governance, leadership and implementation of operational best practices in Human Resources. Ms. Soostar has earned a solid reputation as an effective facilitator working with diverse groups facing the challenges of leadership, public accountability, organizational change, growth and service delivery.
